The Indian National Trust for Art and Cultural Heritage has prepared the integrated schedule of rates focusing both heritage conservation as well as renovation works. This is an important initiative with the aim to provide guidance to various stakeholders and ease the cost estimation in field of building conservation. The document includes schedule of rates supported with rate analysis of each item and market quotations. 

Where traditional materials and traditional techniques are followed for preparation of Rate Analysis for Restoration Works, modern materials and techniques are also considered if found compatible with Heritage Buildings and included in the Schedule of Rates.
